Carl founded Improving Futures as a direct way to help young people with autism avoid the situation he experienced with his own son when trying to find local sports opportunities that could cater for his needs. Carl is a strong believer that given the right platform and the right opportunities anyone can achieve there goals.
With 23 years working within the school environment Lorraine has vast experience working with children from various backgrounds and with various educational needs. This includes 16 years working with children who have autism and other special needs.
